Description
Elite Apprenticeship Academy is a workforce-driven electrical apprenticeship program designed to prepare Kansans for long-term careers in the electrical trade through a structured combination of paid on-the-job training (OJT) and related technical instruction (RTI). The program supports employer demand for skilled electricians while creating accessible career opportunities for jobseekers, including individuals facing barriers to employment.
Kansas employers continue to face shortages in skilled construction and electrical talent. This program strengthens the regional talent pipeline by providing a clear, supported pathway from entry-level employment to advanced skill mastery, recognized credentials, and sustainable wages
