The Tek Ladder IT Support Boot Camp is Centriq’s online career program designed to prepare individuals for an IT Service Desk or Network Support role in 9 weeks. No IT experience required; however, prospective students should possess solid customer service skills. Our unique education model utilizes instructor-led training and hands-on labs and projects to guide students to becoming motivated, critical thinking, problem solvers who are ready to take on the challenges of IT. Students receive instruction in professional development, critical thinking, PC component identification and troubleshooting, managing and securing computer networks, administration of Microsoft 365, and will have the opportunity to earn the popular CompTIA Network+ certification. Our team of Instructors, Student Advisors, Career Coaches, and Classroom Leads work closely with students to support and encourage their progress throughout, and successful completion of the Tek Ladder IT Support Boot Camp.
