Description
Students are hired by a Yellow company and are paid to attend a 4 week Driving Academy to get their Class A CDL and are not charged tuition. Company pays them to attend the Driving Academy. Once a student obtains Class A CDL and all endorsements, they receive journeyman wage and they begin mentorship for 1 month with an experienced driver. Then they drive supervised for 2000 hours to complete apprenticeship.

All students are hired before they begin training at a Driving Academy. They are paid to attend the Driving Academy and bumped to journeyman pay when they pass their state Class A CDL test. They also receive benefits at the end of their probation.
