Description
This course is for Certified Nursing Assistants who are employed in a long-term care facility.
Basic concepts of drug classification, drug action, nursing implications for specific drugs, and drug administration are covered.
Upon successful completion of the classroom theory and clinical experience administering drugs, the student is eligible to take the Kansas Medication Aide examination.
