Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing engineer to provide onsite, in-plant support across assembly operations, focused on implementing and improving component traceability processes. This role with assess existing scanning capabilities, identify equipment needs, coordinate scanner installations, and partner with plant engineering, IT, Product Development, and Industrial Engineering teams to ensure traceability systems are properly implemented and validated.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
3-5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Traceability implementation
