Job Description
Role Overview
This position develops and implements programs that promote student engagement, involvement, and leadership at the K-State Student Union. This position coordinates student engagement initiatives and signature events, supports the Student Governing Association (SGA), provides leadership development and advising, and administers the SafeRide program. The role collaborates with campus partners, student organizations, and stakeholders; oversees student staff; manages program communications and assessment; and contributes to recruitment, outreach, and departmental initiatives that foster student connection, leadership, and belonging.
