Full Time Night Shift Position!

We are seeking a Full Time Night Shift Registered Nurses to join our Medical/Surgical team. This role provides flexible scheduling while allowing you to make a meaningful impact in patient care. Our nurses are a vital part of our mission to provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare to our community.

The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients in the Medical/Surgical unit by assessing patient needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the physician and care team

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies

• Provide patient and family education regarding care, treatment, and discharge instructions

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record

• Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

• Respond effectively in emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions

• Current license in the State of Kansas (or compact license)

• BLS certification required

• Previous Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
