Hours: 3:00pm - 11:30pm (Monday - Friday)

Mill Operator / Batch Weigher Responsibilities:
- Operating industrial mills, mixers, pumps, and other production equipment
- Weighing and measuring raw materials according to formulas and batch instructions
- Mixing batches and following the proper order of ingredients
- Monitoring equipment and adjusting machine settings
- Collecting product samples and working with Quality Control
- Making product adjustments as directed
- Packaging finished ink into various containers
- Labeling, canning, repacking, and preparing finished products
- Operating pump/filter and press-out equipment
- Moving materials using a forklift
- Recording production and processing information
- Performing basic troubleshooting and scheduled equipment maintenance
- Cleaning and maintaining production equipment and work areas
- Following established safety procedures and required SOPs
