JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for accomplishing the primary duties as listed and assisting the Customer Account Administration department during customer visits to assure the visit is a successful, rewarding experience while managing and helping facilitate the logistical needs\. Operate under the same policy guidelines as CAM \(Customer Account Managers\) and with decision making authority specifically delegated by CAMs\.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Prepare customer name badges, signs and run Restricted Party Screenings\.
+ Assists Customer Account Managers \(CAM\), customers, staff, sales and Senior Management in accommodating all meeting requirements \(catering, special requests, etc\.\) for aircraft deliveries, spec sessions and pre\-sale prospect visits\.
+ Assists in transporting customers from one location to another\.
+ Assists CAM’s in providing regular updates for progress of customer’s aircraft\.
+ Reconcile aircraft order with SAP and Purchase Agreement\. Verify and maintain accuracy of SAP milestone dates as well as customer aircraft orders in SAP\.
+ Assists CAM’s with day\-to\-day activities, including but not limited to; aircraft progress photos, ordering models, customer gifts, mailout of customer samples, visitor memo creation and aircraft registration requests\.
+ Represent Textron Aviation as necessary for spec sessions, deliveries and/or customer visits schedules, technical Aircraft acceptance, production line and/or Textron Aviation facility tours, entertainment, gift shop visits, and customer transportation\. This involves significant telephone, email and face to face interaction with the customer\.
+ Act as a liaison between various departments within Textron Aviation to obtain support material for customers\.
+ Effectively communicate information to a diverse audience of customers, both internally and externally, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor\.
+ Manage and/or participate in special projects as they occur \(e\.g\. new aircraft roll\-out, creating and maintaining CAM standard operating procedures manual, document generator, enhancing customer experience, etc\)\.
Qualifications
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Strong written and verbal business communication skills
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Ability to work in a highly matrixed and team\-centric environment
+ Ability to influence and lead many concurrent processes
+ Experience with Microsoft Office products, e\.g\., Word, Excel, Project Manager
+ Basic knowledge of business and managerial principles
+ Ability to speak Portuguese preferred
+ Ability to speak Spanish preferred
Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the U\.S\. for Textron Aviation at the time of making application, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for F\-1 students and J\-1 exchange visitors who will need employment sponsorship\.
Summer internships are 40 hours per week typically from late\-May to early\-August lasting 10 weeks\.
Candidates must be able to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless approved otherwise by the hiring manager\.
