Job Description
Position Summary:- This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is responsible for the proper operations of our canning and/or packaging line(s)
- Canning or packaging products for our valued customers in a timely manner while meeting safety and quality food codes and procedures
- Can or package products according to standard operating procedures
- Perform tasks with a focus towards organization, sanitation, and safety
- Ensure product is of the highest standards before and after packaging
- Run routine inspections on equipment to ensure quality
- Classification of Instructional Programs for all equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Perform daily maintenance of the canning and packaging lines
- Effectively work with and coordinate with the packaging team
- Accurately keep and maintain records pertaining to the task
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Additional duties as required
