DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. Our ideal candidate will have a strong foundation with selling cabinetry or working as a kitchen and bath designer who is ready to build on their experience in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll work closely with our dealers to equip them with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
If you're a skilled cabinet salesman and/or a kitchen and bath designer with deep experience in 2020 Design and ProKitchen software, and you thrive in a role that combines technical know-how, teaching, and support, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Provide design check services for our dealers to ensure design quality and accuracy
- Assist sales representatives by ensuring their dealers receive proper training and support
- Test and validate 2020 Design catalogs for accuracy; log and track reported issues
- Act as a concierge for new dealers through their first orders, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Proven experience in kitchen and bath design
- Experience designing with framed cabinetry, including both overlay and inset
- Experience designing with full-access (frameless) cabinetry
- Proficiency with 2020 Design and ProKitchen software
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- A passion for training, mentoring, and supporting others
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, training, and support teams
- Knowledge of the installation of cabinetry
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working directly with cabinetry manufacturers or dealers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Teams
- Familiarity with CRM tools
