Job Description
The role involves providing support in cleaning and disinfection of poultry houses, ancillary areas, and other support areas. The worker will examine animals to detect illness, injury, or disease, and clean stalls, pens, and equipment, using disinfectant solutions, brushes, shovels, water hoses, or pumps. The worker will inspect, maintain, and repair equipment, machinery, buildings, pens, yards, and fences, as well as move or drive equipment from one location to another on the farm as necessary.
(Employer-Provided House; Total Units: 1; Total Occupancy: 4) **Pickup Point. The employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers may prepare their own meals. Employer will provide (on a voluntary basis) transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries and/or other incidentals. Employer will provide daily transportation between housing provided or secured by the employer and the employer's place of employment at no cost to the worker.
