Insight Global is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our client’s Legal Operations team. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience. In this role they will be responsible for supporting attorneys and business stakeholders by reviewing and managing contracts and NDAs, maintaining corporate records, assisting with compliance and corporate governance activities, and supporting litigation, risk management, and other legal operations initiatives. This individual should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably supporting in-house legal teams with corporate governance, compliance, and legal operations activities.

-Experience reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts and NDAs, with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle legal documentation independently.

-Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and effectively partner with attorneys and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Experience with corporate governance, shareholder meeting support, and legal compliance activities in a manufacturing, industrial, or corporate environment.
