Job Description
Plant, cultivate, harvest and bag grass seeds. Plant cultivate and harvest plants, trees and wetland plugs. Prepare and apply crop protectants and fertilizer. Assist farm building/field maintenance and repairs. Grade, size, sort, and pack product. Use power equipment incl: fork lifts, conveyor belts. Maintain equipment. Prepare fields/soil for planting. Use Hydro Seeder to apply seeds. Perform maintenance on Hydro Seeder. 2 years of experience in outside manual labor preferably nursery or diversified crop farm. Must include work with Hydro Seeders. Work in Linn, Wyandotte County, KS and Johnson and Jackson County, MO. Transportation provided by company.
