Sales Support Specialist – Multi-Family Projects
Grandview Cabinetry is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to support our growing multi-family sales team.
This position is a strong fit for someone who is comfortable working with numbers, proficient in Microsoft Excel, highly organized, and interested in learning how projects move from an initial bid through production and delivery. Prior construction, cabinetry, or estimating experience is helpful, but it is not required. We will train the right person on our products, processes, plan review, and estimating methods.

This is an in-person position located in Parsons, Kansas. It is not currently available as a remote or hybrid position.
Position Summary
The Sales Support Specialist will assist the Sales team throughout the lifecycle of multi-family cabinet projects. Responsibilities include preparing bids, reviewing project information, organizing awarded projects, creating customer submittals, and supporting project execution.
This role requires attention to detail, comfort with numbers, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and project details. Training will be provided in cabinet estimating, blueprint review, product specifications, and Grandview’s internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Bid Preparation and Tracking
- Review project documents, plans, specifications, and other bid information
- Use Excel and Grandview’s estimating tools to prepare cabinet quantities, pricing, and bid proposals
- Check bids for accuracy and compliance with established pricing and bid requirements
- Prepare clear, complete, and professional proposal documents
- Track active bids, deadlines, revisions, and project status
- Provide regular updates to the Sales team throughout the bid process
Awarded Project Support
- Maintain accurate records of awarded projects
- Review purchase orders for accuracy and alignment with approved proposals
- Prepare project submittal packages, product information, and sample requests
- Organize project documents and information for internal handoff
Project Onboarding and Execution
- Set up and maintain project master files
- Confirm that required documents, approvals, and project details are complete
- Assist Project Managers with project documentation, updates, and follow-through
- Help identify missing, inconsistent, or unclear project information before it creates downstream problems
- Support communication between Sales, Project Management, Customer Service, and other internal teams
Sales and Customer Support
- Provide product, pricing, and bid-related information to internal and external customers
- Help the Sales team prepare materials needed throughout the sales process
- Support timely, accurate, and professional customer communication
- Assist with reporting, data tracking, and other sales support activities
What We Are Looking For
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- General mathematical aptitude and comfort working with quantities, measurements, and pricing
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to organize and interpret large amounts of information
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness and ability to learn new products, systems, and technical information
- Dependable follow-through and a team-oriented approach
- Computer proficiency
Helpful, but Not Required
- Experience in sales support, estimating, project coordination, purchasing, order entry, accounting, or another detail-oriented administrative role
- Experience reading blueprints, floor plans, technical drawings, or specifications
- Previous construction, manufacturing, cabinetry, or multi-family experience
- Experience preparing quotes, proposals, bids, or project documentation
