🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing: • Complete resident work orders quickly & professionally
• Turn units between residents (make-ready repairs)
• Interior/exterior painting & staining
• HVAC troubleshooting & repairs
• Grounds maintenance & preventative care
• Keep maintenance areas clean & organized
• Participate in emergency on-call rotation
