JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Responsible for setting-up and tearing-down all event equipment and/or spaces.
- Ensuring all events start and end on time, as scheduled.
- Ensuring the safety and security of the facility for all participants.
- Ensuring facility cleanliness at all times.
- Assisting in traffic and crowd control during events.
- Reporting any facility or equipment irregularities, unsafe conditions or feedback to supervisor in writing.
- Following and enforcing all YMCA policies, rules, regulations and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
- Reporting all incidents/accidents on the appropriate form as required and provide to supervisor within 24 hours of event.
- Attending all required training sessions and scheduled meetings.
- Maintain prompt hours and follow established procedures for absences.
- Supporting Strong Community Campaign fundraising.
- All other duties as assigned.
EFFECT ON END RESULT: Providing a quality support system for YMCA Sports and a positive environment for all program participants and observers.
Summary:
Under the direction of the Sports Director/Senior Program Director, the Event Staff / Sport Site Supervisor will ensure a quality experience and a positive environment by providing remarkable member experiences for Youth Sports.
