Job Description
Office based position will work directly with a psychiatrist and/or nurse practitioner. Primary duties include maintaining and managing the physician’s schedule, providing medical assessments, refills and injections under the direction of the RN and/or physician/mid-level prescriber and charting in an electronic health record.
Applicants must be licensed or immediately eligible for licensure in Kansas as an RN, LPN, Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, or Certified Medication Aide with at least one year of recent experience.
Starting wage depends on licensure:
- RN=Starting wage is $59,488/year Medical Services Registered Nurse
- LPN= Starting wage is: $24.20/hour Medical Services Licensed Practical Nurse
- Certified Medical Assistant = Starting wage is $19.19/hour Medical Services Certified Medical Assistant
- Nursing Assistant or Medication Aide =Starting wage is $16.27/hour Medical Services Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Medication Aide
