This is a TIG Welder to join our team in Kansas City, MO. This position will focus on precision welding of aluminum aerospace components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has strong TIG welding experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality welds that meet strict aerospace standards.

Perform precision TIG welding on aluminum components and assemblies

Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and engineering drawings

Set up and operate welding equipment to meet production requirements

Inspect welds for quality, appearance, and compliance with specifications

Work closely with quality and production teams to ensure product standards are met

Follow all safety, quality, and workplace procedures

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of TIG welding experience
