Job Description
DescriptionJOB DUTIES:
- Coordinate the daily administrative and operational activities of Business & Industry Health
- Communicate with Clients to coordinate events for wellness and random drug testing.
- Assure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Duties may include scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, and patient medical record maintenance, preparing testing rooms, ensuring cleanliness, for evaluations, administering drug testing, and Client account billing and invoice management.
- Client account setup and management.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information according to HIPAA and company policy
- Assume all other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Analytical ability to apply criteria and evaluate information to make decisions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills in teaming with patients, medical staff, and the public
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and ease in developing rapport with others
- Computer skills including MSOffice, Outlook, Meditech, preferred
- Ability to travel locally and regionally up to a sixty-mile radius
- Ability to move, position self, consistently operate various types of equipment, able to detect/observe/identify details at close or distant range with or without accommodations as well as exerting 20 to 50 pounds occasionally, or 10 to 25 pounds frequently, or up to 10 pounds constantly
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Client account management experience preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting, preferred
- Current, unrestricted driver’s license and vehicle insurance, required
- Basic understanding of federal and state regulations applicable to occupational and environmental health and safety, required
- 1-year Occupational Health experience, preferred
- Drug and Alcohol testing certification, preferred
