What You’ll Do as a CMA- Administer medications according to the Medication Administration Record (MAR) and facility protocols
- Provide treatments as directed
- Assist residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Work closely with nursing leadership to support resident health and safety
- Help maintain a calm, warm, and respectful environment for residents
- Treat residents, families, visitors, and coworkers with courtesy and professionalism
- Keep resident care areas clean, organized, and safe
- Demonstrate reliability through strong attendance and punctuality
- Respect resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times
