Job Description

Assembly Technician – Up to $32/hr

We’re looking for an Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll help keep manufacturing equipment running smoothly through troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and electrical assembly work.

What You’ll Do

+ Perform mechanical and electrical assembly on manufacturing equipment.

+ Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.

+ Complete basic industrial maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks.

+ Build and wire industrial control panels.

+ Repair and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime.

+ Work closely with a maintenance team of 4-6 technicians.

+ Follow all safety and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

+ Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

+ Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Ability to perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.

+ Experience building or wiring industrial control panels is preferred.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to work well in a team environment.

Pay

$25-$32 per hour, based on experience and skill level.

Schedule & Work Environment

+ 1st Shift: Monday through Friday

+ 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

+ Work with a team of 4-6 maintenance professionals.

+ Dress code includes jeans or work pants, steel-toed boots, and a professional shirt.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riverside, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 – $32.00/hr.
