Bring your passion for movement and meaningful care to Tallgrass Creek, part of Erickson Senior Living, is seeking a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults. In this role, you’ll deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care-all within one vibrant, on-site campus. You’ll have the unique opportunity to expand your clinical expertise while building lasting relationships with residents. Compensation: Starting at $38/hour. Final offer rate will be based on years of experience

What we require:
+ Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license. Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
+ Ability to document services accurately and on time
+ Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
