Phlebotomist II | Bartlesville, OKAbout the Role

In this patient-facing role, you will perform high-volume blood draws, process specimens, and deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring accuracy and compliance with laboratory standards. Key Responsibilities
+ Perform venipuncture and specimen collection for patients of all ages.
+ Accurately label, process, centrifuge, split, and prepare specimens for testing and transport.
+ Verify test orders and maintain accurate patient and specimen records.
+ Explain collection procedures and provide excellent patient care throughout the process.
+ Ensure compliance with laboratory, OSHA, and safety protocols.
+ Support laboratory operations by answering inquiries and assisting with specimen management.
Qualifications
+ Phlebotomy certification required.
+ Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
+ Experience performing high-volume blood draws (approximately 50 patients daily).
+ Strong specimen processing, accessioning, and laboratory information system experience.
+ Excellent communication, customer service, and attention-to-detail skills.
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients preferred.
+ Previous hospital or clinical phlebotomy experience preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $23.00/hr.
