Job Description
Job Overview:
To plan, organize and control production and operations of the Kansas plant and to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to Quality Control Standards.
Position Responsibilities:
● Act as a positive representative for ECBVerdyol (ECB)
● Be a strong member of ECB’s TEAM
● Supervise Maintenance and floor supervisor; act as a positive liaison between Production Workers and Management
● Plan production schedules;
● Implement and control the production schedule; Review and adjust the schedule where needed
● Determine the human resources required
● Interview, hire and manage production staff
● Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
● Work with and implement standard operating procedures for production operations as determined
● Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to
● Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
● Monitor quality standards of products
● Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
● Analyze production data and quality control to detect and correct problems
● Determine and implement improvements to the production process – Understanding all the production numbers, rates and capacities of the equipment.

Prepare and maintain production reports
● Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
● Estimate production costs
● Manage production budgets
● Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management and Sales
