Job Description
Summary
The commercial Sign Installer is responsible for installing signs of all types, indoor and outdoor. This is a traveling position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend daily safety briefings.
- Maintain safe working conditions at all times.
- Maintain condition, functionality and use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
- Responsible for installation and/or repair of exterior and interior signs.
- Diagnose and repair electrical signs of all kinds.
- Dig holes for foundations, poles, piers or other structural components.
- Maintain good working order of company vehicle including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues, and filling out and submitting monthly vehicle inspection form.
- Vehicles should be washed on a regular basis.
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
- Responsible for safety at all times and report unsafe measures.
- Operate a manual and maintain commercial license.
