Addendum-Mary Kay Work Instructions for Color on Mary Kay “Pink”
A color standard chart is to be kept at the Inspection Table when running Mary Kay jobs. While in production, should a box appear to be “off color” it is to be compared against the LSD to determine whether the variance is acceptable. Notify the Lead Person in the event the out of standard rate exceeds one in ten boxes or 10% so that the wrap can be sorted prior to resuming production. Rejected material is to be marked as such and segregated and labeled as “DO NOT USE.”
