Warehouse Associate – Seasonal Harvest

York, NE | $20-$24/hr + Overtime + Weekly Bonus

Join a leading agricultural company whose trusted products help farmers feed the world while protecting the planet. We are hiring Forklift Operators and Production Laborers for a seasonal harvest assignment in a safe, team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Schedule

Forklift Operators

+ 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM): $23/hr

+ 2nd Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM): $24/hr

Production Laborers

+ 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM): $20/hr

+ 2nd Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM): $21/hr

Schedule Options

+ Monday-Friday

+ Monday-Saturday (additional overtime available)

Candidates selecting the Monday-Saturday schedule must commit to working six days per week for the duration of the assignment.

Attendance Bonus ??

Earn an additional $100 per week for perfect attendance and arriving on time for all scheduled shifts.

What You’ll Do

Forklift Operators

+ Safely operate sit-down forklifts

+ Load, unload, move, and store materials

+ Perform daily forklift inspections

+ Track inventory using scanners and warehouse systems

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

Production Laborers

+ Operate production equipment

+ Package, label, and stack products

+ Monitor product quality

+ Complete basic production documentation

+ Support efficient harvest operations

Qualifications

+ Manufacturing, warehouse, agriculture, or production experience preferred

+ Forklift experience required for forklift positions

+ Ability to work 12-hour shifts

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

+ Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and attendance

Work Environment

+ Work in a fast-paced production facility with exposure to grain dust, noise, machinery, and varying temperatures. Required PPE will be provided.

This is a Contract position based out of Geneva, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $24.00/hr.
