We’re hiring an experienced Class A Fitter/Welder to join a leading manufacturing team at Victory Energy Operations, LLC . If you have strong fitting, fabrication, and welding experience and can pass ASME-certified weld tests, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable employer.

?? What You’ll Do:

? Perform fitting, fabrication, and welding on manufacturing components

? Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings

? Complete MIG, Flux-Core, and TIG welding on structural steel and pipe systems

? Ensure welds meet quality and ASME standards

? Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

? What You Need:

?? Minimum 3 years of fitting/welding experience in manufacturing or equivalent training

?? Experience with MIG, TIG, Flux-Core, and Pipe Welding

?? Ability to read blueprints and perform precision fitting

?? Must pass:

+ 3G MIG/Flux-Core Plate Weld Test

+ 6G TIG Pipe Weld Test

+ ASME Standards Qualification

?? Preferred Experience:

+ Structural Steel Fabrication

+ Welding Fabrication

+ Industrial Manufacturing

+ Pipe Welding

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $32.00/hr.
