Summary of Position

The Account Administrator is responsible for providing premier customer service to current and potential contract customers from the point of initial contact through delivery of the product. It is also the responsibility of the Contract Administrator to achieve sales and profit goals established by the management team within Sunshine Metals, Inc. (SMI)

Responsibilities and Duties

At a minimum, the following is a basic description of typical duties and responsibilities expected of the Accounts Receivable Clerk. These duties are not exhaustive and are subject to change as the needs of the organization require.

As a minimum, the following is a basic description of typical duties and responsibilities expected of the Contract Administrator. These duties are not exhaustive and are subject to change as the needs of the organization require.

+ Promptly respond to Request for Quotes to contracted customers, no later than 24 hours per RFQ.

+ Provide technical assistance and process customer returns.

+ Formulate analysis of sales data to assist in establishing specific account pricing.

+ Review customer forecasts to ensure proper purchasing decisions.

+ Proactively review open orders and inform customers of delivery status changes Promote a positive work environment based on teamwork and continuous improvement.

+ Provide General Manager with reports assigned.

Required Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills

+ Excellent organizational, critical thinking skills, and time management skills

+ Ability to effectively multi-task

+ Creative, forward thinker

+ Strong work ethic; initiative-taking

+ Operate with high integrity, maintaining positive relations with co-workers, customers, and suppliers

Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related areas

+ Four or more years of experience in sales and marketing

+ Aerospace experience

Physical Requirements:

Physical demands can include but not limited to:

+ Sitting

+ Standing

+ Use of hands or fingers

+ Kneeling/Crawling/Twisting/Balancing

+ Bending/Climbing

+ Speaking and Listening

+ Close vision (sharp vision at 36 inches or less) Weights to be lifted:

+ Up to 50 pounds-With assistance and/or of a lifting device

+ Weights to be pushed/pulled:

+ Up to 50 pounds-With assistance and/or of a lifting device

Working Conditions

Good working conditions. Frequent visual/auditory attention and involvement in discussions requiring reconciliation of adverse points of view. Requires continuous use of telephone to receive and give information.

+ Provide General Manager with reports assigned.
