Stock Clerk / Retail Associate – McPherson, KS

Pay: Starting at $17/hr (motivated, strong performers can earn more)

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:45am-6:00pm

Weekends: Rotating Saturdays (no Sundays). Usual day off is Thursday.

Type: Temp-to-hire – Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Looking for a steady, daytime job where you stay busy and work with a good team? We’re hiring a dependable Stock Clerk / Retail Associate to help keep the store stocked, clean, and customer-ready. If you’re a self-starter who takes pride in doing things right, this is a great opportunity.

What you’ll be doing

+ Stock and rotate product (FIFO) so items stay fresh and organized

+ Keep shelves, coolers/freezers, and displays full and looking great

+ Help customers find what they need and provide friendly service

+ Label/price items and maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards

+ Keep backstock organized and communicate when items are running low

What we’re looking for

+ Dependable attendance and a positive attitude

+ Comfortable being on your feet and moving product (50lbs regularly) throughout the day

+ Detail-oriented (you notice dates, labels, and presentation)

+ Retail, grocery, stocking, or customer service experience is a plus-but we’ll train the right person
