Job Description
We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our team, focusing on operating machinery in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for production and a knack for machine operation.
Responsibilities
+ Operate machinery efficiently and safely within a manufacturing setting.
+ Ensure production processes are followed and quality standards are maintained.
+ Collaborate with team members to optimize production operations.
Essential Skills
+ Experience as an Operator or Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
+ General production skills and understanding of manufacturing processes.
+ 6+ months to 1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly valued.
+ No specific education or certifications required.

Work Environment
Work in a temperature-controlled manufacturing environment. Shifts available: 1st shift – 7 AM to 3 PM and 3rd shift – 11 PM to 7 AM. Pay on the 3rd shift includes a $1 shift differential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manhattan, KS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.38 – $18.38/hr.
