We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to lead a field crew. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in welding, rigging, and materials handling, along with proven leadership skills in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

+ Lead and supervise a field crew to ensure efficient and effective operations.

+ Utilize your welding expertise to guide and support team members.

+ Work with rigging and materials, ensuring safe and proper handling.

+ Interpret and apply blueprints to construction and mechanical tasks.

+ Provide leadership and direction to ensure project goals are met.

Essential Skills

+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in welding.

+ Proven supervisory experience in a similar role.

+ Expertise in installation, rigging, and construction.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Strong mechanical skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in materials handling.

+ Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newton, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $30.00/hr.
