JOB SUMMARY

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to the menu. In this role, you will:
- Follow recipes to prepare food items consistently and accurately.
- Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating.
- Manage inventory and notify the supervisor of any shortages.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the kitchen.
