Insight Global is seeking a Commissioning Engineer or Manager for a leading client in the mission-critical/data center space. This individual will play a key role supporting commissioning efforts, working cross-functionally with engineering and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate brings hands-on data center commissioning experience, strong familiarity with industry tools, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to step into a highly visible role with leadership exposure and contribute to impactful infrastructure projects.

Pay rate: $65-75/hr, dependent on experience

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in mission critical construction work

o Mission-critical, semiconductor, power plant, gas/oil, utility, hyperscale or colocation data center, industrial, or manufacturing background

- 1+ year experience in commissioning

- Experience working as a Project Engineer, Commissioning Manager, or midlevel PM

- Experience with:

o BIM360

o Procore

o Bluebeam

o CX Alloy

- Ability to report into senior leadership (VP-level) and stakeholders
