What You'll Do

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.

Manage daily sales activities, customer traffic, and follow-up processes.

Train and coach sales consultants on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer experience.

Work closely with the General Manager and Finance Department to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Monitor inventory, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
