Preschool Teacher – Enrichment Programs Position SummaryWe are seeking an engaging and energetic Preschool Teacher to support our enrichment programs, including cooking, yoga, and sports-based activities. This role is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and structured environment where children can explore new skills, build confidence, and develop social-emotional growth through hands-on experiences. Key Responsibilities+ Lead and support enrichment programs such as:
+ Young Yogis- facilitate movement, mindfulness, and storytelling activities
+ Kickstart Soccer- engage children in active, play-based soccer sessions
+ Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote:
+ Creativity and exploration
+ Teamwork and collaboration
+ Coordination and physical development
+ Social-emotional learning
+ Ensure a safe and nurturing classroom environment at all times
+ Supervise children during enrichment sessions, maintaining appropriate ratios and active engagement
+ Adapt activities to meet varying developmental levels and learning styles
+ Support children in building practical life skills such as following directions, problem-solving, and cooperation
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of materials, especially in food-based programs
+ Communicate positively with parents and school leadership regarding children’s participation and progress
Job Description
Qualifications+ High School Diploma or equivalent required; Early Childhood Education coursework preferred
+ Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
+ Experience or interest in one or more of the following:
+ Cooking or food-based learning
+ Youth fitness, yoga, or movement activities
+ Sports or recreational programming
+ Strong classroom management and communication skills
+ Ability to lead engaging, high-energy activities while maintaining structure and safety
+ CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
