Job Description
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team for various shifts. This role involves accurately labeling apparel items to ensure quality standards and efficient inventory management, as well as order processing (pick/sort/pack/ship). The position provides an excellent opportunity to gain retail distribution center experience, develop attention to detail, and contribute to a high-paced, collaborative environment. Candidates who are reliable, organized, and eager to work in a dynamic setting will find this role rewarding. These are both temp to hire and seasonal positions.
Shift Schedules:
- Daylight: Monday - Thursday 5:30am-3:30pm, $16.50 per hour as temp
- Evening: Monday - Thursday 4:30pm-2:30am, $16.50 per hour as temp
- Weekend Day: Friday - Sunday 5am-5pm, $18.00 per hour as temp $18.00 per hour as temp
ALL POSITIONS WILL INCREASE in pay once the employee is converted to a full-time AEO employee status after 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Carefully apply labels to clothing items according to project specifications and quality guidelines
- Ensure labels are securely attached and correctly positioned on each garment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety
- Assist with stock organization, including sorting and preparing items for labeling
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding workflow updates or issues
- Support inventory counting and product demos as needed to facilitate project goals
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies throughout the shift.
