Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, grounds care, etc.)
- Inspect facilities, equipment, and safety systems (including fire alarms)
- Assist with preventive maintenance programs and departmental operations
- Handle on-call duties (weekends) and prioritize urgent repairs
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Provide excellent service to residents and staff
Qualifications:
- ~2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
- Skills in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot systems
- Knowledge of building codes and safety practices
- Strong problem-solving and independent work ability
- Clean driving record; must pass drug test
