Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair appliances and participate in weekend on-call rotations.
- Support the planning and implementation of maintenance operations across grounds, buildings, and equipment.
- Maintain heating and cooling systems, inspecting for wear, leaks, and functionality—especially during seasonal transitions.
- Apply HVAC knowledge (Mechanical Journeyman License and EPA 608 certification preferred).
- Inspect and test fire alarms and emergency systems; maintain accurate records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering positive relationships with residents.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HVAC systems and general building maintenance.
- HVAC certification and mechanical licensing preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Commitment to safety and resident satisfaction.
- Must have a clean driving record, pass a drug test and become a Meadowlark approved driver.
