Manage relationships with clients, internal team, trade partners and inspectors

Develop detailed project logistics plan

Direct responsibility for developing and managing project specific safety plan

Develop project flow

Develop and maintain project schedules

Conduct subcontract meetings to discuss job progress, quality and safety

Coordinate material deliveries

Ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and local building codes

Maintain project documentation

Enforce quality control plan

Manage self-perform labor

Have foresight to predict problems before they develop

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience in general construction as a superintendent

Wood frame buildings, multifamily, commercial, K-12, churches, historic building remodels. Etc.

MS project – building, maintaining, updating schedules within this system

Proficient with MS Excel BS in construction or related field

Experience with Procore

OSHA 10
