About the Job

We are looking for Production Technicians to support aseptic manufacturing activities in a cleanroom environment. In this role, you will help prepare, compound, fill, assemble, and document sterile products while keeping patient safety, quality, and compliance at the center of the work.

This is a hands-on role that may include operating automated filling equipment, staging materials, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, preparing components, supporting sterile filling, and completing batch records and equipment logs. The work follows SOPs, cGMP practices, GDP requirements, and the production schedule.

The right person for this role is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a regulated environment where accuracy and sterility matter every day. You will work closely with cleanroom, compounding, dispensing, vial wash, automation, and production team members to keep batches moving safely and on time.

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Weekend opportunities!

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, set up, clean, and help maintain automated filling and cleanroom production equipment.
  • Support sterile product preparation, compounding, filling, assembly, and final container closure activities.
  • Maintain cleanroom conditions by following gowning, sanitation, sterile technique, and cleanroom behavior requirements.
  • Stage batches, take inventory, verify sterile components, and coordinate with other teams to keep production supplied.
  • Complete batch records, equipment logs, cleaning logs, and related documentation accurately and on time.
  • Follow tech-check-tech practices and help maintain strong aseptic technique, measurements, garbing, and documentation standards.
  • Support equipment validation, media fill, gowning qualification, and routine qualification activities as required.
  • Monitor equipment performance, communicate issues, and help troubleshoot problems that may affect production or quality.
  • Meet Right First Time expectations by reducing errors, completing corrections promptly, and following SOPs consistently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and compliant work area while performing other production tasks as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred based on role assignment.
  • One to four years of experience in hospital, manufacturing, production, sterile compounding, aseptic filling, or cleanroom work preferred.
  • Experience with automated equipment, manufacturing lines, cGMP, GDP, batch records, or sterile production is helpful.
  • Ability to aseptically gown and maintain required cleanroom, ISO 8, high potency, and/or media fill qualifications after training.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, sterility, accountability, and aseptic technique.
  • Ability to follow written procedures, document work clearly, and communicate effectively with co-workers and leadership.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, take initiative, ask questions, and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Ability to organize work, manage time, handle multiple tasks, and keep production activities on schedule.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills are helpful, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are expected.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to remain gowned and work in classified areas for extended periods, including up to 8-10 hours as needed.
  • Ability to stand for the majority of your shift and perform production tasks that may involve twisting, reaching, and repetitive movement.
  • Ability to frequently lift or move materials and objects up to 50 lbs. Team lift highly encouraged.
  • Regular exposure to strong chemical odors and fumes.
  • Work may be performed in confined or tight spaces.
  • Moderate to high noise levels from machinery and surrounding personnel.
  • Ability to clock in and out for scheduled shifts in a timely manner.
