Job Responsibilities:

The PE Tech works with manufacturing and engineering on the design and release of new products to production. The position works with engineering personnel on new designs and does CAD drafting of new or existing products as well as makes changes to existing designs and inputs BOM data into the ERP system. The PE Tech will also help improve design of existing products with desirable product features, enhanced safety and reliability features, and waste elimination.

Requirements:

A successful candidate is highly motivated with a proven track record of manufacturing knowledge and CAD experience. The candidate possesses strong analytical skills, is detail-minded, and works well as part of a team. The applicant must be a motivated producer and support the Guiding Principles of Cross.

Desired Qualifications:

• 2 year degree in Engineering Technical studies or related discipline preferred
• 2-5 years related experience preferred
