Temp to Hire

Production Associate / Machine Operator (Entry-Level) – Haven, KS

Pay: $16.22/hr (1st shift) – $17.22/hr (2nd & 3rd shift)

Type: Temp-to-hire – Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week) – All shifts available

What you’ll do

+ Feed materials into machines and remove finished product

+ Rack, stack, and organize product for the next step in production

+ Perform general production/warehouse tasks as you learn the process

+ Keep your work area clean and follow safety guidelines

What we’re looking for

+ Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic (farm/ranch, manufacturing, warehouse, or physical-labor backgrounds do well here)

+ Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs

+ Able to work in a hot environment (no air conditioning)

Dress code / PPE

+ Closed-toe shoes required (steel-toe or composite-toe boots accepted)

+ Jeans and t-shirt (no tank tops)
