Job Description
Project Management- Supervise multiple fiber construction crews and subcontractors
- Coordinate daily work activities to meet project schedules and production goals.
- Review construction drawings, permits, utility locates, and project specifications.
- Track production quantities and prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate equipment needs and maintenance schedules
- Manage project materials and inventory
- Oversee directional drilling, trenching, conduit installation, fiber placement, restoration, and utility crossings.
- Ensure work meets customer specifications and quality standards.
- Lead, Mentor, and develop field personnel
- Assist with hiring, training, and workforce planning as necessary
