KP Staffing is now hiring Warehouse janitors in Lenexa, KS!

Job Summary

The warehouse janitor will maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in warehouses, offices, and restrooms. This role supports daily facility upkeep through cleaning, waste removal, restocking supplies, and operating cleaning equipment.

Pay

$21 per hour

Shift

1st shift: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Duties

• Clean floors, walls, offices, and restrooms using sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Empty, break down, and dispose of cardboard and garbage using compactors or balers
• Use and maintain cleaning machinery such as ride-on sweepers, buffers, and vacuums
• Keep walkways clear of debris and clean spills as needed
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and report safety hazards or needed repairs to management
• Restock bathroom and breakroom supplies
• Clean windows and perform minor facility repairs as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to stand or walk for long shifts
• Ability to lift, move, or push heavy equipment or items
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience in a warehouse or industrial environment preferred
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while following scheduled maintenance tasks
• Reliable attendance and adherence to work schedules
• High school diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of standard cleaning chemicals and cleaning machines
