Job Description

KP Blender/Batcher What You'll Do
  • Execute daily blending and batching schedules based on production needs
  • Operate and monitor blending equipment to ensure accurate ingredient mixing and product consistency
  • Follow all food safety, quality, and regulatory standards during batching and processing
  • Verify raw materials and batch components meet specifications prior to production
  • Perform and support sanitation processes throughout blending operations
  • Monitor processes, identify variances, and take corrective action or notify leadership
  • Accurately complete production documentation and batch records
  • Communicate quality or production issues to supervisors and team members
  • Support cross-functional operations as needed to maintain production flow
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What You'll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 6–12 months of food manufacturing, batching, or blending experience preferred
  • Basic math and measurement skills for batching accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Occasional bending, kneeling, and reaching
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and production environments
The Schedule & Setting
  • Shift- 10p-6a
  • Full-time role in a 24/7 manufacturing facility
  • Schedule may include overtime, weekends, and shift flexibility
  • Indoor production environment with exposure to:
    • Heat, steam, and manufacturing equipment
    • Noise from machinery
    • Food ingredients, allergens, and cleaning chemicals
