Job Description
KP Blender/Batcher What You'll Do- Execute daily blending and batching schedules based on production needs
- Operate and monitor blending equipment to ensure accurate ingredient mixing and product consistency
- Follow all food safety, quality, and regulatory standards during batching and processing
- Verify raw materials and batch components meet specifications prior to production
- Perform and support sanitation processes throughout blending operations
- Monitor processes, identify variances, and take corrective action or notify leadership
- Accurately complete production documentation and batch records
- Communicate quality or production issues to supervisors and team members
- Support cross-functional operations as needed to maintain production flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 6–12 months of food manufacturing, batching, or blending experience preferred
- Basic math and measurement skills for batching accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Occasional bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and production environments
- Shift- 10p-6a
- Full-time role in a 24/7 manufacturing facility
- Schedule may include overtime, weekends, and shift flexibility
- Indoor production environment with exposure to:
