Job Description

Scholle Machine Operator What You'll Do

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot Scholle bag-in-box or pouch filling equipment to ensure efficient production
  • Maintain aseptic filling conditions to protect product quality and safety
  • Follow daily production schedules based on product requirements
  • Operate and support related equipment, including Scholle systems, and surge tanks
  • Perform cleaning, sanitation, and basic preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Monitor production processes, identify variances, and take corrective action or escalate issues
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Communicate production or quality concerns with supervisors and team leads
  • Participate in ongoing training related to processing and sanitation procedures
  • Support other operational areas as needed to maintain production flow
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
  • Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor

What You'll Need

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 6–12 months of food manufacturing or related experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow standardized processes and safety procedures
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
  • Frequent climbing, including use of ladders
  • Ability to lift 35–50 pounds regularly and move materials as needed
  • Frequent reaching, handling, bending, kneeling, and crouching
  • Visual acuity including close, distance, and depth perception

The Schedule & Setting

  • Shift- 10p-6a
  • Full-time role in a 24/7 manufacturing facility
  • Overtime, weekend, and schedule flexibility required
  • Indoor production environment with exposure to:
    • Heat, steam, and processing equipment
    • Noise from machinery
    • Food ingredients, allergens, and cleaning chemicals
