Job Description
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Lawn & Garden Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This role involves maintaining both residential and commercial properties, ensuring landscapes are healthy, clean, and well-kept year-round. Attention to detail is a must!
Responsibilities-
Perform routine lawn and garden maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and clean-ups

Prune shrubs, hedges, and small trees to maintain proper shape and health

Weed removal and bed maintenance

Apply mulch and top dressing as needed

Seasonal clean-ups (spring, fall, storm debris)

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Work safely and efficiently, following all company and industry standards
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in lawn, garden, or grounds maintenance preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather condition
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Scheduled work hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm; Saturdays as needed. Work hours may vary.
