The School of Accountancy at Kansas State University invites applications for an Instructor position in Accounting. What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least one professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CIA) or ability to obtain a certification within one year of starting employment
- Commitment to collegiality and demonstrated ability to work as an effective and collaborative team member
- Master's Degree in Accounting from an AACSB accredited business school
- Professional experience in accounting discipline
The degree requirement is necessary for accreditation purposes and to ensure candidates possess the specialized knowledge, skills, and abilities that can only be attained through a formal educational program at this level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated commitment to supporting student learning and development experience
- University level teaching experience in accounting or business
Sponsorship eligibility:
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
